We never put words in your mouth.
A post that claims something untrue can cost you a customer or land you in trouble. So none of these appear on your posts unless you send them to us in writing, and then we use your exact words.

Do I have to approve every post?
No. Each month's 20 posts land in your own login at least 7 days before the first one goes out. Change the words, swap a photo or delete a post. Anything you leave alone goes out on schedule.
Which accounts do you post to?
Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. Every post goes to each account you connect. You need to be an admin of each one, and we connect them with you on a short setup call.
Can I use my own job photos?
Yes, and we recommend it. Text or email us photos of your work and we build posts around them. Without photos, we make an image for each post in your colors.
Is this written by AI?
Software writes the first draft of every caption and makes the images. A person at Forge Dev Studio checks each month's batch before it reaches your login, and you can change anything.
How do I pay?
There is no card on the signup form. After the setup call we email you a secure payment link from Stripe. Your first month starts when it is paid.
Can I cancel?
Yes. It is month to month with no contract. Email us and we stop before your next month starts. Posts that already went out stay on your accounts.
I am not in the trades. Can I still sign up?
Yes. We started with home-service businesses, but any local business with a website or a Google Business Profile can use it.
