Do I have to approve every post?
No. Each month's 20 posts land in your own login at least 7 days before the first one goes out. Change the words, swap a photo or delete a post. Anything you leave alone goes out on schedule.
Which accounts do you post to?
Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. Every post goes to each account you connect. You need to be an admin of each one. We email you a secure link to connect them, and if you would rather have help, we do it with you on a short call.
Can I use my own job photos?
Yes, and we recommend it. Text or email us photos of your work and we build posts around them. Without photos, we make an image for each post in your colors.
Is this written by AI?
Software writes the first draft of every caption and makes the images. A person at Forge Dev Studio checks each month's batch before it reaches your login, and you can change anything.
How do I pay?
After you sign up we email you a secure Stripe payment link. Your first month starts when it is paid, and it renews monthly until you cancel.
Can I cancel?
Yes. It is month to month with no contract. Email us and we stop before your next month starts. Posts that already went out stay on your accounts.
I am not in the trades. Can I still sign up?
Yes. We started with home-service businesses, but any local business with a website or a Google Business Profile can use it.
What if I do not like a post?
Change it or delete it in your login. If a whole batch misses, reply to the email that announced it and tell us what is off. We fix the rest of that month and adjust the next one.
What if I do nothing?
Then the posts go out on their days. That is the point: your accounts stay active even in a month when you never open the login.
Who owns my accounts?
You do. You stay the admin of your Facebook page, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile. We connect a scheduling tool to them, and you can disconnect it whenever you like.
Do you reply to comments or messages?
No. Replies need someone who knows your schedule and your prices, so they stay with you.
Do you post to TikTok or YouTube?
Not today. We post to Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. We do not make video yet.
I do not have a website. Can I still sign up?
Yes. We learn about the business on the setup call and from your Google Business Profile if you have one.
Can I get more posts?
Yes. Pro includes 30 posts a month, weekdays and Saturdays, plus 8 Stories. You can change plans any month.
